We are excited to announce a fun collaboration between the SFFTS, The Broken Spoke, and Hidden Mountain Brewing: The Broken Spoke Pilsner. Board members and Kyle helped out head brewer Paul of Hidden Mountain and Wayne of The Broken Spoke brew a mountain biking inspired beer. To launch this new beer, Hidden Mountain is hosting a kickoff party March 27th @ 4PM. Want to ride your bike? Meet Mike over at The Broken Spoke @ 3PM for a mellow group ride along the Rail Trail and Arroyo Chamiso Trail down to Hidden Mountain Brewing.

For every pint sold a dollar will be donated towards further trail development. Partnering with industry legends at Kona, Transition Bikes, Giro, and Magura, we will also be raffling off over $1,000 worth of gear. All the funds are going towards finishing Phase 1 of our Arroyo Hondo Trails project and further investment into Phase 2. Yes, you too can drink beer and raise funds for more mountain biking trails.

Ride Build Maintain Sanctioned Trails

Remember to always Ride, Build, Maintain Sanctioned Trails

Remember to always Ride, Build, and Maintain Sanctioned Trails! Santa Fe Fat Tire Society (SFFTS) is opposed to any unsanctioned/illegal trail maintenance or construction. SFFTS works with land managers (e.g. Santa Fe city, USFS, BLM, Commonweal Conservancy/GBP) to build new trails and maintain existing trails. Building unsanctioned trails is detrimental to our access, damages the reputation of the mountain bike community, and can jeopardize the success of ongoing projects. If you are interested in building or maintaining trails in your area, it’s time to get involved! Read more about our current volunteer opportunities and trailwork projects!
