SFFTS - Youth Ride Program

The Santa Fe Fat Tire Society Youth Program is a mountain bike riding program for youths from 8 to 15 years of age and all levels of riding skills. We will bring to the children basic bike knowledge, riding skills, trail safety and etiquette. Not only will we coach the use of the trails, we will be maintaining trails in an effort to enhance the experience. Each child will need a gear shifting bike, helmet and gloves. In addition, a camel back with water and other equipment, such as spare tube, power snack, rain jacket, is a good idea.
